ELASTIC PANT IN BLACK COTTON KERSEY

A wide, slightly cropped straight leg pant featuring an internal elastic waistband which allows for a relaxed fit in the seat and hip, on-seam front pockets, single ‘modified welt’ pocket on back right side, french seams, corozo buttons, clean finish button fly and single needle belt loops.

Cotton kersey originally developed in the 1990's by a legendary textile designer based in Ichinomiya, Japan. This structured, densely woven cotton drill relies on a very high twist yarn to achieve an supremely dry feel. It is referred to as a kersey weave, which is noted by the more pronounced twill ridges. Yarn dyed and woven in Ichinomiya. With wear and washing, the cloth will continue to soften and break in, draping more fluidly over time.
